Описание: A single-camera view of a quick neck reset of a Taylor Baby. I'm a big, big fan of Taylor's bolt-on neck & shim construction. Given that most acoustics are deforming from the moment they're made it's only a matter of time before there's no more scope for action adjustment at the saddle and a neck reset is the only way to make them more playable. For most guitars this involves an expensive and complicated process of removing the neck by weakening and breaking the wood-to-wood glued joint, re-shaping it to the precise geometry required and re-glueing it. Thankfully Taylor has anticipated this and devise their bolt-on and shim system. This means that someone with experience can reset the neck periodically throughout the guitar's life with the correct shims (or pairs of shims) from Taylor.
