Welcome to my first ever 30 day chair yoga challenge! This challenge will help you find greater calm, energy, flexibility, balance, strength, and relaxation. All you need to know to get started is in the video above.
Props you will use throughout this challenge:
2 Chairs that don't roll or have arms (Necessary)
Yoga blocks (optional)
1 or 2 pound weights (optional)
A yoga strap (optional)
A small blanket (optional)
