On January 7,1967  Ray Bolger, who portrayed the scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz sang a few songs from the film on the television variety show,
"The Hollywood Palace" * Together with the King family singers, he sings renditions of 'Follow the Yellow Brick Road' and 'If I Only Had a Brain' while wearing his original hat from the film (he kept his entire Scarecrow costume after filming was complete). Ray also clearly enjoyed doing an impression of the Wicked Witch! Take a watch!
