🔹 Hour 1: Lead generation & follow-ups (DMs, texts, calls to your sphere)
🔹 Hour 2: Client work (escrow follow up, contracts, CMAs)
🔹 Hour 3: Marketing & social media (content, engagement, emails)
On the days you have buyer showings or listing appointments - those usually encompass the entire 3 hours for that day.
Look at your weekly schedule and plug in your 18-20 hours for building your business. There may be days when you have more time to allot to real estate and days where you don’t have a minute to give. That’s okay! Find your 18-20 hours and plug in your tasks!
