How to pair your Porsche Macan to your garage door!

For today’s garage door pairing I paired a beautiful 2024 Porsche Macan to a Liftmaster MyQ! This is a newer model so these tend to only have you do the first step. The older the model it may require you to do step #3!
For step #3, this is for garage doors with rolling codes! With the Porsche Macan the way you can tell you have a rolling code is the garage will not close with the button in Macan after the first step is executed. That’s when you do the third step and go back to Macan and press button for a few seconds, multiple times.
Troubleshoots:
-Remove LED light bulbs if garage closes from the inside but not the outside
Call the 1-800 number for Homelink
New batteries in handheld remote
If all else fails and your garage door is older it may just be time to upgrade!
