Murram Estate sits at the very edge of Juja, bordering Kimunyu, Mutomo, and Ichaweri in Gatundu South Constituency. Despite being in the same vicinity, development levels across the boundary tell a very interesting story.
This estate is made up of apartments and family homes, with ongoing construction and growing investor interest. It’s strategically located near Thika Road, Kenyatta Road, Juja Town, Ruiru, and Nairobi — making it accessible and affordable for many families.
However, internal infrastructure challenges such as murram roads, limited tree cover, and concerns raised by residents make this a place of both opportunity and tough questions.
