It's been above a year and a half since I last rode a dirt bike, and I recently picked up A 2017 KX450F! I'm extremely out of shape, and I'm basically re-learning how to ride again. This is a video of my riding the bike for the very first time at Pinehill MX and Westfair MX. I only have gopro clips, so there really isn't too much here ar far as riding footage goes, but I think it shows just how slow I am right now. I really struggled the first day out, but I made a few changes with the bike over the week, and now it seems to handle much better. The second part of the video is me riding a bit better, but I still have no endurance. Hopefully you guys enjoy watching me progress on the bike and try to get a bit more speed back.
