You ready to progress with your inverts?
I dare you to take our 12 week accountability challenge.
This means, you're going to decide to commit to training 2-3 times a weeks for 12 consecutive week starting tomorrow ( Mon 30th Sept 2024)
Follow our invert training both on and off the pole on days and times that suit you best.
Each session taking approx 30mins.
That's just 60-90mins a week!
If you can't commit to that each week, this 12 week accountability challenge is not for you!
Imagine how much stronger you'll feel and how much closer you'll be in 12 weeks if you take this challenge compared to if you don't.
12 weeks are going to pass anyway, you may as well be close to your invert goals.. right?
