The fact that it’s easily accessible is a huge plus, not to mention the freedom and independence it gives him, just to be out in the garden, giving us peace of mind he’s safe.

Capital Play trampolines are for anyone - Children, adults, keen gymnasts but not only that, they have also fit a number of trampolines in SEN (Special Educational Needs) settings across the UK. The benefits of “Rebound Exercise” and “Rebound Therapy” have become increasingly apparent over recent years and in-ground trampolines have become a big part of this movement and the promotion of aided play and exercise. ~

For a child like Oz, the benefits the trampoline provide, such as strengthening muscle tone* and enhancing coordination, were obviously another big pull for me. ~

And aside from all of the above though, it goes without saying, it’s just so much fun. We have had ours for a few weeks now and it’s gotten so much use already (even from a few grown up friends when they’ve come round for garden drinks 😉🤣). It’s honestly been such big hit with us all and we can’t recommend Capital Play and the service provided enough 🙌🏻❤️
