Описание: Shutoff the light at the switch or the breaker panel. Remove the belly pan. Cut the wires as close to the ballast as possible. Remove screw fastening ballast to fixture. That ballast is now garbage. Join the Black wire (Hot) with the Blue wire(s) (line side). Join the White wire (Nuetral) with the Red wire(s) (neutral side). Tuck the wires neatly back under the belly pan. Install your new LED bulbs. Get the type with a switch on the bulb for settings. Then test.
