Hello everyone!
Today I am sharing my recipe of Bharazi (pigeon peas in coconut milk)
This recipe is very easy and quick to make and it is best eaten with mandazi! (mandazi link is below)

Ingredients:
3 tins of pigeon peas washed and drained
2 or 2 and half cups of coconut milk (depending on consistency)
1 onion cut into thin slices
half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
1 and half teaspoon of salt
2 green chillis grinded
4-5 tablespoons of oil
1 lime cut in half
fresh coriander leaves cut up
2 green chillis split
Method:
get a pot and place on high flame and wait for the pot to heat up
once pot is heated up and oil and wait for the oil to heat up
add onions and cook onions till half cooked not fully
add pigeon peas
add salt, turmeric powdered grinded green chillis
mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes
after 2-3 minutes, add coconut milk but add depending on the type of consistency you would like
cook the bharazi for 5 minutes on low to medium flame
after 5 minutes, switch off the flame and add fresh coriander leaves
squeeze in the lime and mix well
transfer into a serving dish and garnish with the 2 green chillis split
enjoy with mandazi and tea!
