Best HDMI Multiviewer for your YouTube Studio | Quick Review and Basic Tutorial

Описание: In this one, I take a quick moment to talk about, unbox, demo, and review the Wolfpack 4k60 4x1 HDMI Multiviewer (model HDTV-401-4K60). This unit takes 4 different HDMI inputs and displays them on one single screen in various layouts. This is extremely helpful when you need to monitor several different video sources in one location - for instance, if you have multiple camera inputs (main, side, overhead) and perhaps other working inputs from your laptop for audio and/or camera control.

PROS:
-Good Build Quality (metal construction)
-Video Latency is almost non-existent (totally acceptable, VERY minor lag)
-Straight forward operation
-Separate audio channel
-IR Remote (reliable and fast)
-Images maintain their aspect ratio (no stretching, squishing, or cropping)
-Fast input switching (almost seamless)
-Lower resolution inputs can be up-scaled to 4K
-RS232 Commands (more levels of control than just using the buttons/remote)
-Price/Value - Offers much more capability than lower priced models, and almost as much capablity as much higher priced models
-Save and Load (custom layout) buttons are a nice feature

CONS:
-No user manual (and not available from distributor)
-IR Remote must be line-of-sight
-No power switch (must be unplugged to power off)
-Window switching function does not indicate active window
-Resolution output switching does not indicate active resolution
-Save button does not give visual feedback that "save" was successful
