২০১ গম্বুজ মসজিদ (201 Dome Mosque) যা টাঙ্গাইলের গোপালপুর উপজেলায় অবস্থিত একটি মসজিদ। নির্মাতাদের দাবি, এটিই বিশ্বের সবচেয়ে বেশি গম্বুজবিশিষ্ট এবং দ্বিতীয় উচ্চতম মিনারের মসজিদ। ২০১ গম্বুজ মসজিদের মিনারগুলো ৪৫১ ফুট উচ্চতার। ১৫ বিঘা জমির ওপর ৫৭ তলা উচ্চতার বিশ্বের সবচেয়ে উঁচু ইটের তৈরি মিনারের মসজিদটি নির্মিত হয়েছে মুক্তিযোদ্ধা রফিকুল ইসলাম কল্যাণ ট্রাস্টের উদ্যোগে। টাঙ্গাইলের গোপালপুর উপজেলা সদর থেকে সাত কিলোমিটার পশ্চিমে ঝিনাই নদীর তীরে অবস্থতি এ মসজিদটি। মসজিদটির নির্মাণকাজ শুরু হয়েছিলো ২০১৩ সালের ১৩ জানুয়ারি। এর ভিত্তিপ্রস্তর স্থাপন করেন মুক্তিযোদ্ধা রফিকুল ইসলাম কল্যাণ ট্রাস্টের প্রতিষ্ঠাতা চেয়ারম্যান রফিকুল ইসলামের মা রিজিয়া খাতুন।
