Halluel and Malluel are one of the most recent Grand units released and are probably one of the most broken in terms of kit.
The main focus of their skills is debuffs and they have amazing debuffs all around. Aside from the signature "Everbane" (30K Supplemental damage) they also have DEF Down (Stackable), Debuff Res Down (Stackable), Atk Down (Stackable), Special Attack Dmg Down (Stackable).
The key here is that all these are permanent and not-removable which means they'll survive the usual "clear all debuffs" phases of bosses. This will make NM200 a lot easier in the upcoming GW.
