Here is my homemade easy and simple recipe for my dinner on that day. Mind you guys this video was filmed 3 months ago, due to me deciding whether I post it or not, but finally I made up my mind and decided to upload. Mashed Potatoes & Meatballs- Easy & simple Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb- Ground beef 85%lean /15%fat
Salt- (to your taste)
Ground Black pepper- (to your taste)
4C Bread crumbs Plain
Eggs- (Optional)

Sauce:
1 Whole yellow onion
1 Can of GOYA tomato sauce
3 Bay leaves

Mashed Potato:
5 Idaho Potatoes
3 Tbsp of butter (any butter of your choice)
1 to 2 Cups of Whole milk (depends what consistence you like best)
Salt to taste

Serving is for 2 to 3
For more just add either double or half the amount specially for the mashed potatoes.
It all Depends how you serve and the size of the meatballs you make. In the seasonings I eyeball it or side taste. This recipe is very easy, simple & delicious to make but if you wish to add extra such as veggies or seasonings your free to do so. All is optional, the above ingredients are my personal fast and convenient way to prepare.
