PSA - Hum Kaise Hain? It doesn't matter who you are, you can be a victim of stigma or poor mental health. Break the stigma for a better and healthier Pakistan.
We have collaborated with Taskeen Foundation to create an initiative for mental health awareness. We aim to battle issues from stigma to the very foundation of the problem. And we do this because we not only feel it is very necessary to do so but also because it is close to our heart.
A special thanks to Nida Khan, Huma Jafree and Anis Shiekh for being part of this cause and this video.
