Discuss the use of Active Supervision as a strategy to keep children safe; which is one of our top priorities when having children in our care. We will focus on realistic practices to embed in our daily actions when caring for children. These strategies can be supported by all adults who come into contact with children in early care programs in both centers and family child care homes on a daily basis for any period of time. The objective is to transform our mindset of supervision from a passive approach to an active skill.
