This track is technically listed under the AX cup, but is never added into the actual rotation in campaign mode. I'm guessing because it's just a story mode track and that cups don't have more than 5 races to them that it was left for free-play only.
Still, it's nothing too exciting anyway. Although, you can practically boost around the whole thing, shortest race in the game by far.
