Описание: This is sometimes called the "cascade effect" or "ripple effect" or "shock wave". It's plainly none of those, it's just bad driving. A batch of drivers all closer than 2 seconds, typically 1 second, then when someone brakes, each successive car in the queue has to brake harder than the one in front, and eventually the space isn't enough.
