In this Video 👉 We selecting new Color morphs out of our A. maculatum bin.
Hello Creature Lovers and welcome to the universe.
In this video, I’m working on one of my Armadillidium maculatum colonies and starting the separation of different color morphs.
This isn’t about rushing results or pulling out every single animal. It’s about carefully selecting patterns and colors, understanding what you’re actually looking at, and knowing when an isopod is big enough to be selected at all.
I’ll show you how I approach separating zebras from high white or high yellow animals, why I don’t always use substrate during selection, and what challenges come with working on both color and pattern at the same time.
This is not a finished project.
It’s the beginning of a process that will take time, patience, and multiple generations.
If you’re interested in isopod breeding, color morphs, and realistic long-term projects, this video is for you.
Thanks for watching,
leave a comment if you have questions or thoughts,
and see you in the universe.
Bye-bye 🌍
