White Rhinoceros at Orana Wildlife Park, which is the Zoo for Christchurch city, in New Zealand. Visited this attraction on January 20, 2020. The morning was cloudy but cleared up to be beautiful at lunch time.
The White Rhinoceros encounter was held at 3:15 pm and started off with a keeper talk then they opened the gate so we can view the animals more up and close to a closer viewing area. The encounter is at no additional charge to your general admission. The keeper was also the same one that escorted us to our Lion Encounter posted that video on my channel earlier as it was a priority. This video is a mildly late prepped and uploaded video as the start of the year is a busy one for us and since New Zealand is now in Lock Down due to the COVID-19 pandemic I have a lot more free time to work on my videos.
Orana Wildlife Park charges a higher general admission price than other city zoo's in New Zealand, but they're a great zoo with less keeper staff that you see compared to other NZ cities. I give my visit to Orana Wildlife Park a 10 out of 10.
