Even if you know your thoughts create your reality—some illusions can seem so real, dire and significant that it can feel "justified" to take exception and think, say and act in a way that expresses at least a degree of fear, anxiety, doubt, or not-enoughness. Especially in the face of suffering.

In this video, I dive into why the illusions of scarcity and vulnerability—no matter what the circumstances--are truly unreal, and why it's necessary for us to see this if we want to break the historical wheel of suffering that has NEVER truly ceased to exist. And, yeah, I know, this can feel uncomfortable.

In this video, we'll take a look at some of the subtle judgements and well-meaning actions praised by modern society—that actually perpetuate the problems we wish to heal. Then I'll share a practice you can do today to start debunking the illusions of scarcity and vulnerability that create suffering you wish to help dissolve, and pave the way for the Universe to step in, act through us, and open us to the love, peace, abundance and joy waiting for all of us.
