Here’s something we’re doing in small group training at #rippeleffectfitness this week:

🎱2 Slam Ball To Shoulder
🎱Carry 5 yards 🎱Repeat
🎱Cover a distance of 30 yards
🎱Walk/jog 30-60 yards to recover
🎱Perform for 12 minutes!

I’m demonstrating this simple, yet effective conditioning circuit using our new friend “Big Bertha” (50#). With heavier slam balls, you may have to maneuver them into your lap like strongmen do with Atlas stones! I did two 3-minute intervals of slam ball to shoulder sandwiched between 5 minute rows & farmer carries the other day using Bertha - got 24 reps on my second round! Talk about some good ab soreness later on!
