Available in a variety of door sizes, while ordering your Ductmate Square Framed Access Door you will be asked to choose between a low pressure or high-pressure door.

The low-pressure door gives you an option between a cam lock and hinge-and-cam-lock combination. You also may choose between dove-tail installation or press-on installation options.

The high-pressure door does not come with a hinge option; this product only comes in the cam lock. Likewise, the high-pressure door only has dove-tail installation. This product does, however, come in a variety of different metal types.

Access doors make it easy to remove dust and other debris that often are the cause of fires and other disasters.

Because it is best suited for any air duct application encountering temperatures 200°F and below, the Ductmate Flat Access Door should not be used for any grease duct applications. For those, you will need an F2-type door rated to 2,300°F.

Duct access panels should never be installed around elbows or on the bottom of the duct - on top or on either side will make cleaning and maintenance much easier. In addition, you should not put any duct doors closer than 1 1/2 inches from the edge a duct. Any closer than that risks the structural integrity of your duct.
