Assigning Email Notifications to Users | Replicon

Описание: This video is a product tutorial on how to assign email notifications to users in the Replicon System.

Replicon has two automated email notification systems. One is called Email Notification and the other is called Notifications. While email notification works only for Gen 3 Timesheet formats like in/out and Standard, the notification works for customer widget timesheet format. Depending on what timesheet format has been assigned to the user, one can enable the email notifications or notifications in their User Profile.

In order to apply email notifications to one user, first, make sure that the email notifications are enabled at the global level and then assign it to the user within the Replicon System. From the email notifications section in the settings of the User profile, there is a list of enabled notifications to choose from. Check the ones that are needed and uncheck the ones that you don’t want users to receive. This is how email notifications can be applied to one user.

To enable multiple users at once, then just check the boxes against the name of people and click on the edit button. From the mouse editor view, click on email notifications and enable the ones by clicking once and then saving the user notification settings.
