🧠 ELLIOTT WAVE MARKET STRUCTURE (CRITICAL)

Market is in Wave 5 on the weekly timeframe from April lows
Inside Wave 5, we are still in Wave 2 corrective phase
Current pattern fits a WXY double zigzag, not a flat correction
There is ~95% probability that this is the last leg of the fall
The next move should be a strong impulse up — but only after confirmation

⚠️ No bottom picking. Only price confirmation matters.

📌 26,270 → If Nifty closes below this → Exit long
📌 25950 → Break above = Long signal & trend reversal confirmation
📌 No breakout = No buy trade

In Elliott Wave, previous swing high must break to confirm reversal.
*That has NOT happened yet.

📐 FIBONACCI CONFIRMATION

Wave 2 retracement 38% (textbook correction)
W–Y extension 112.7% → Points to ~25,569 zone
Structure + Fib both suggest bottom is very near

😱 MARKET BREADTH & SENTIMENT (INTERMARKET VIEW)

Market breadth is extremely weak → Fear everywhere
Mood indicators = panic zone
Historically, this is where markets bottom, not start crashing
Important: No crash signals are present in breadth data (unlike 2024)


🏦 SECTOR DIVERGENCE (THIS IS THE REAL STORY)

Nifty is weak — but sectors are not confirming a bear market:

✅ PSU Banks → Already starting new impulse, outperforming Nifty
✅ Metals → Strong, only correcting after overbought
✅ Auto → Did NOT break December lows → bullish divergence
⚠️ Infra → Weak (ABC flat)
❌ Oil & Gas → Weakest sector

👉 Midcaps & Smallcaps have NOT broken December lows either → huge positive divergence.

Nifty alone is a misleading indicator.
Always watch intermarket & sector relative strength.

🌍 GLOBAL MARKETS CHECK

Emerging Markets → Breakout
Korea & Japan → Uptrend
US Markets → Near breakout
Only India is weak due to **trade deal uncertainty
