First and foremost I just want to say that I am SOOOOO SORRY for being gone for a little over 2 months !!! I promise you it was NOT by choice, but rather by a HUGE INCONVENIENCE. If you follow me on instagram ( @ scrubsnsquats_ ) you already know what happened to my laptop, but for all of my YouTube friends that don't know... my laptop of 9 years over heated, and just decided to give out on me one night. I record this video a week before my laptop broke, and I have been soooooo egar to get this video out and posted because I know this topic has been a HUGE QUESTION of yours !! and today is the day that I am finally able to answer it and clear the air :') I really hope you enjoy and take a thing or two away !!!
