Thinking about buying a classic VW Beetle? More specifically, buying a super beetle that had an engine fire?! … I did just that, and I’m a little concerned.

Well, I have finally decided to buy one and in this video you will see why I decided to buy an old VW Bug, how much I paid for it. I also go over the condition of this 1971 Super Beetle, and most importantly what this classic Volkswagen needs. After all, this car has been sitting in a garage for about 10 years and it’s expected that it will at least need some basic maintenance done… I can only hope, since the engine did catch on fire; which brings me to the big question/concern… will it run?
