ইরানের ইসলামিক রেভল্যুশনারি গার্ড কর্পস IRGC-এর সিনিয়র কর্মকর্তা, জেনারেল মোহসেন রেজাঈ ইরানের রাষ্ট্রীয় টেলিভিশনে এই চাঞ্চল্যকর দাবিটি করেন । তিনি বলেন, "পাকিস্তান আমাদের আশ্বস্ত করেছে যে, ইসরায়েল যদি ইরানের ওপর পারমাণবিক বোমা ব্যবহার করে, তাহলে তারা ইসরায়েলে পারমাণবিক বোমা দিয়ে হামলা চালাবে" । এই বিবৃতিটি জুন ২০২৫-এর মাঝামাঝি সময়ে ইরান ও ইসরায়েলের মধ্যে তীব্র শত্রুতার মধ্যে আসে । এর উদ্দেশ্য হতে পারে ইসরায়েলকে প্রতিরোধ করা অথবা মুসলিম বিশ্বের মধ্যে সমর্থন আদায় করা ।
