This video is about Power Leveling Engineering Legion 7.2 WoW. I have found that after 7.2 Leystone prices have dropped dramatically. The best and fastest way to level engineering is to farm the recipe for Leystone buoy off the Bitterbrine goblins in Eye of Azshara or south of the dungeon in Azsuna. If you bring up your map, they are just southwest of words "The Ruined Sanctum." There is a rock formation with a lake in the middle. That is where they are. :) It only takes 3 Leystone Ore per buoy and it ranks it up 3 times until you get close to 700. This is the best way to level up engineering in Legion I have come across.
