Dan Gibson's ‎– Pacific Suite (1990) FULL ALBUM

Описание: Of the profusion of field recording / natural soundscape music albums and multimedia that came after Irv Teibel's influential Environments series (i.e. Naturequest, Northsound, Reflections, Lifescapes, etc.) Dan Gibson's ‎Solitudes series is perhaps the best known. The late Canadian producer was certainly the most successful and prolific, spanning from the late 70s through early 00s, producing a variety of albums using varying approaches. Nonethless the central theme was these albums incorporated new age oriented but nonetheless varied instrumental music with field recordings and natural soundscapes.

This album from his "Exploring Nature With Music" series is a good example. Perpetual and varied environmental sounds although the music being a bit more subtle and in the "easy listening" category than some of the more experimental and even avant-garde mixes of his peers.
