Описание:
This shows a PNP transistor, built with two P-type regions and one N-type region. In active mode, the emitter-base junction is forward biased, and the collector-base junction is reverse biased. Current flows from the emitter (P) to the collector (P), controlled by a small base current. The arrow in the symbol points into the emitter, indicating conventional current direction. The key relation is IC = IE - IB.
