Today I am meal prepping cilantro lime rice, walnut-mushroom tacos, black beans+corn, pepper+mushroom fajita veggies and 2 different sauces with a McDougall sour cream base!

This meal prep is vegan, wfpb, and oil free! And of course following Dr. McDougall's Maximum Weight Loss and Starch Solution :)
