These use a basic attack that deals very low base damage.

They have a spell on a 14 seconds cooldown that triggers another spell which in turn triggers an aura called Haemolytic Aura.

This aura has a base duration of 5 seconds which can be increased.
It has a small area of effect which can be increased.
It deals damage based on enemy life, at level 25 raise Spectre gem it deals just over 7.7% life per second, this scales with Spectre level.
This aura does not stack with multiple Spectres.
The damage the aura deals is fixed damage and ONLY benefits from 2 things:
1. Spectre Levels.
2. Enemy Debuffs

This also means it is affected negatively by things like 70% less damage taken ubers have.
Or an enemy having Physical Damage Reduction that is not coming from armour.

Enemy Debuffs basically just means sources of more and increased damage taken, such as Vulnerability, Pride and Shock.

EDIT: I am certain now; these have a damage cap of 20% enemy health per second.
Just be aware that if you are capped on normal bosses, you will not be capped on Uber Bosses cause of their 70% less damage taken mod, so you might still want to scale damage.

Overall,
This is a very strong boss killer, dealing very reliable damage.
Their clear is horrible so you would need to find a way to fix that if you wanna run these as damage dealers.
You could also use these as supports to deal with very tanky monsters.
I recommend running at least more duration support and some sort of aggressive/targeting.
Their aura AoE is tiny so they need to be close up.
They are also very squishy with about 1/3 the life of a Primal Crushclaw and only 40% fire resistance.
So you do need to invest in their defenses quite a bit.

These are called Trial Horror and can be found in Ultimatum Encounters.

Their corpse disappears rather quickly.
