Chinese Rojak / Rojak Petis
Ingredients:
Pineapple
Cucumber
Jicama {Sengkuang}
Mango
Water Spinach {Kangkong}
Beansprouts
Lime
Bunga Kantan
Fried Beancurd
Fried Tofu
Youtiao {Chinese Cruller / Fried breadstick}
Method 1
Rojak Sauce
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Shrimp paste {Petis}
3 tbsp sugar or 1 tbsp palm sugar
Peanuts {Toasted & coarsely grind)
2 tbsp chillie pase { 20 dried chillies, cut into strips, deseed, boil and blend with warm water}
Tamarind paste
Method 2 - • ROJAK BUAH / SAMBAL BELACAN TOMATO
Rojak Buah Sauce
Ingredients:
20 dried chillies
6 garlic
2 pieces gula melaka
3 tbsp sugar
400 ml water
3 tbsp petis udang (shrimp paste)
3 tbsp chillies sauce
2 tbsp sweet soya sauce (Jalen Kicap Manis) - optional
