If the following isn't fairly clear to you, I strongly encourage you to go watch some videos by ‪@Artofdrink‬ on making essences, extracts, dilutions, and all the rest before proceeding.

Geosmin Dilution
I'm assuming 1ml is about the minimum most people are going to be able to accurately measure, so you do this in a ladder. For each step of the ladder you'll make a 1% dilution of the previous step. If 1ml is the smallest you can measure, that means 1ml of previous dilution added to 99ml of ethanol (95% Everclear is fine).
Assuming you start with the 1% dilution I used-
Dilution Step one= 100ppm
Dilution Step two= 1ppm
Dillution Step Three= 10ppb (this is what I used in the fog)
Dilution Step Four= 100ppt (this is what I suggested for the atomizer. It works nicely.)

Jasmine Green Tea Extract:
In ISI Whipper
Add
1 part ITO EN Jasmine Green Tea
1 part Everclear
Filter
Double the volume with hot water and heat to a near boil
Filter (may need to filter more than once)
(For best results use a vacuum filter)

Jasmine Syrup:
In Jar
Add
30 ml. Jasmine Green Tea Extract
450 ml. Simple Syrup
Mix thoroughly

Quiet Rain:
Heat 10 oz. or 300 ml. Water
Build in shaker
Add
1 Bar Spoon Ginger Syrup
.25 oz. or 7 ml. Lime Juice
.25 oz. or 7 ml. Grapefruit Juice
1 Bar Spoon Cocoa Bitters
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Velvet Falernum
.75 oz. or 22 ml. Jasmine Syrup
2 oz. or 60 ml. Demerara Rum
Add crushed ice and shake
Open pour into glass
Pour Heated Water into a tea pot and add .05 oz. or 1.5 ml. Geosmin at 10ppt
Add some dry ice to the Hot Water Geosmin Mixture
Let the glass fill with Geosmin clouds
