As these lockdown restrictions were removed from my current city Magdeburg, as we were in a relatively safer zone in whole Germany, after waiting for almost two weeks on a very normal day, I decided to invite my friends here in Magdeburg over a dinner party. I did not tell them about the menu, as it was kept a surprise for them. I gave efforts to make it "The Perfect Dinner" with a restaurant-style atmosphere and tasty homemade food. I chose Mysore Masala Dhosa/Dosa which is quite a famous cuisine in Surat, specifically some famous restaurants chains like Malhar, Anand, VS and so on. I kind of took care of all of these alone with my 2.5 Kgs of hands, it took some time for cooking and shopping, but the results were amazing. It was an awesome evening all together.
