Описание: Hello everyone! Well, it's that time of year again, the Christmas Season of Goodness and Cheer.

This is an original recipe, using chocolate bark as the base, we add a new and stunning twist... Creme De' Menthe to the equation.
Seems to make it irresistible with flavor that everyone can enjoy.

TWISTED CREME DE' MENTHE CHRISTMAS CRACK
The full recipe is in the video about 1 minute in, just pause the video if you want to take a picture of it so you can use it to go by.

This is great for gifts, snacks, the kids love and adults love it too.
In fact it is hard to find anyone that doesn't like it but maybe we're biased?

This Twisted Creme De' Menthe Chocolate & Creme Candy is also a hot seller at flea markets, farmers markets and just about anywhere with people bustling about. We made and sold it about 15 years ago and it was very popular. It's been quite a number of years since we've made it but here it is again. We have never seen anyone else making or selling this so we decided to do this video. I think we were getting $7 a pound way back then.

It's worth doing because it makes a lot more than you think and it always gets eaten.

Creme de’Menthe Christmas Crack
1 pack graham crackers
1 stick butter
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (or any melting chocolate)
1 ½ cups white chocolate wafers (can also use green colored white chocolate wafers as
an option.)
1 cup Andes Creme de’menthe candy - chopped (or Andes Creme de’menthe baking
chips)
½ - 1 tsp Crème de’menthe flavoring
3-5 drops green food coloring (optional)
1 tsp shortening
1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or foil.
2. Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
3. Place graham crackers in a single layer on baking sheet.
4. Place butter and brown sugar in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil.
Boil for 3 minutes.
5. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the crackers and spread to coat.
6. Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 3-5 minutes, or until bubbling.
7. Remove pan from the oven and immediately scatter the chocolate chips over the
top. Place a lid on top or place in over for another 2-3 minutes to melt chocolate.
Spread the chocolate evenly over the top.
8. Place in freezer for about 5=8 minutes to set.
9. Melt white chocolate and shortening. Put in crème de’menthe flavoring and drops
of food coloring (optional). Stir well.
10. Pour the white chocolate mixture over the chocolate layer and spread.
11. Sprinkle on crème de’menthe candy.
12. Place in freezer for 15 minutes, or refrigerator for 1hour or more until set.
13. Crack into pieces and store in air tight container.
Yields: 15 servings.
