Yesterday, Hybrid Motors Africa successfully drove a 301-km-range NETA N01 Electric SUV which has a Battery Health of 98% from Accra (Spintex) all the way to Kumasi (Santasi) — on one single charge, using zero petrol or diesel.

We cruised between 60–80 km/h, averaging 70 km/h throughout the trip.

By the time we reached Nkawkaw (150 km) more than halfway of the journey from Accra, the car still had 50% battery remaining — proving how efficient this Eletric Vehicle (EV) from Hybrid Motors Africa truly is.

Along the route:

📍 Konongo: 33% battery left
📍 Ejisu: 25% battery left
📍 KNUST: 19% battery left
📍 Santasi Roundabout: 16% battery remaining

Total distance covered: 260 km
Battery left: 16%

Cost of charging: Less than GHC 72 for a 36.2 kWh battery.
(Actually, someone charged it for us for free 😄)
