Beyond being completely unacceptable, racism erodes trust, communication, and a sense of psychological safety in the workplace. This leads to decreased engagement, safety issues, and a lack of communication because people do not feel safe.
In this video I offer tips on how to build an inclusive workplace where everyone feels supported, and how companies can deal with racism when it presents itself.
