Houston Radar has released a new mid-block detector system. Utilizing the SpeedLane Pro multi-lane traffic detector, built-in battery, solar charger, long range Bluetooth, it wirelessly sends vehicle-by-vehicle traffic data to via local wireless link to our Loop Replacement Card (LRC224) in the intersection controller over 1200 feet away!
Use it to get advance detections at mid-blocks, exit ramps and other applications where you need to quickly add detection quickly and at low cost. No trenching and digging power and comm cables to communicate to the controller at the intersection.
You can optional also have a 4G modem for remote access and to automatically send traffic data to the Tetryon cloud server.
