Thank you for listening, this entire album making process was cathartic to me. The ending of 2021 was horrible to me for many reasons, and making this album allowed me to reassess a lot of things and it's made me a better person for it. I won't let you go again was the first song I made for the album, and it just rejuvenated my love for making music. Every single one of these songs are special to me in one way or another. And Just Me and the Stars broke 1000 views and 100 likes. I deadass cried when I saw that. Seeing so many positive comments...even if it never happens again, I think it's enough to affirm that my place in this world is to make music.

I look back at the past 5 or so years of my life, but not only have I become a better musician, audio engineer and producer, but I've also become a better person, and so much happier. The album is dedicated to my 16-year-old self. If he could see where I am now, getting my degree, moving in with the love of my life, making music for animated shows? I am so proud of myself for how better I've gotten. And I'm ready to make even better stuff in the future.

Embrace means a lot of things. When I embrace my family, or my girlfriend. My friends who've been by my side for years. But I also embrace my former self. Who I used to be. I can't be who I am if it wasn't for who I used to me.
