I've been working on managing engine bay heat on the turbo Mazda Protege lately. Here's what I came up with. Heat shield made from scrap steel. lined the under side with "cool tape". Also wrapped the hot side intercooler pipes with cool tape and it seems to help a lot. Let me know what you think!
