साहित्य |Ingredients
• पाणी १ कप | Water 1 Cup
• मीठ १ टीस्पून | Salt 1 tsp
• लिंबू सत्व १/२ टीस्पून | Ciitric Acid ½ tsp
• हळद २ चिमटी | Turmeric 2 pinches
• बेसन २ कप | Besan 2 cups
• तेल २ टेबलस्पून | Oil 2tbsp
• खाण्याचा सोडा १ टीस्पून | Baking Soda 1 tsp
• बेकिंग पावडर १/२ टीस्पून | Baking pw ½ tsp
• पाणी २ टेबलस्पून | Water 2tbsp
फोडणीसाठी | Fodani
• तेल २ टेबलस्पून | Oil 2 tbsp
• मोहरी १ टीस्पून | Mustard Seeds 1tsp
• हिंग १/४ टीस्पून | Hing ¼ tsp
• कढीलिंब १०-१२ | Curry leaves 10-12
• उभ्या चिरलेल्या हिरव्या मिरच्या ५-६ | Slit Green chilies 5-6
• पाणी १ कप | Water 1 cup
• साखर ३ टेबलस्पून | Sugar 3 tbsp
• मीठ चवीनुसार | Salt to taste
• लिंबू सत्व १/२ टीस्पून | Citric ½ tsp
• कोथिंबीर |Chopped fresh coriander

How to make besan Dhokla Recipe |
• Into a mixing bowl take water, salt, critic acid, turmeric & mix them well for 2 mins
• to this add besan / gram flour & whisk to make lumps free batter, whisk for 5 mins
• Cover the bowl, & keep it aside for 10 mins
• Meanwhile grease the container in which we are going to pour the dhokla batter 
• Also keep some water for boiling into a steamer or large vessels
• after 10 mins, whisk the mixer well for sometime, to this add oil & whisk for 5 more mins
• more you whisk the batter more your dhokla will become spongy & soft
• Then add baking soda, baking pw & 2 tbsp water & mix well
• Pour the batter into a greased tin
• keep the tin into the steamer (make sure when you add soda to the batter, immediately put the container into hot water to get perfect results)
• cover with the lid, & steam on med heat for 20-25 mins

Fodani -
• Into a kadahi, heat up some oil add mustard seeds & let them crackle
• then add hing, curry leaves, slit green chileis & saute them for 2 mins
• then add 1 cup of water, salt, sugar & cook it for 4-5 mins on low flame 
• Turn off the flame, add some citric acid & mix well

Dhokla Steaming -
• after 25 mins check the dhokla, take it out, allow it to comes down at room temp
• take the dhokla out, make pieces & pour luke warm fodani water onto the dhokla
• Garnish with some fresh chopped coriander
