Swim lesson for new mermaids: How to float

Описание: In this video I take a polar plunge into the cold creek in November so I can show any struggling swimmers or non-swimmers how they can do two important things to learn in swimming: front and back float.

To learn how to swim like a mermaid you first need to learn how to swim and these are very important swim skills. Sometimes while mermaiding you need to take a break and doing a back float is a go-to to catch your breath.
