Описание: On August 29th 2024, Aston Martin safety car's driver Bernd Maylander crashed at the Parabolica corner during the High-Speed Track Test that was held at the Formula 1 (F1) 2024 Italian Grand Prix (GP) in Monza, Italy. Luckily both him and his passenger are okay.

The test itself is a session that is done on every GP, on the day before the weekend begins (media day, usually). It is used to test the track systems before they will be used in Free Practice 1 (FP1) or support series. It is usually a combination of safety cars and medical cars doing laps, testing flags, Virtual Safety Car (VSC), Safety Car (SC), penalty systems, etc. This time, the Red Flag was thrown on merit instead of as a test.
