📼 And a completely unnecessary but absolutely essential custom cassette trilogy bootleg from VCR Zone, in full clamshell glory

This isn’t just about owning the music — it’s about experiencing Howard Shore’s score in every format possible, because apparently...one does not simply collect only one pressing.

We’ll look at the packaging, the presentation, the scale of these releases, and why the Complete Recordings are basically the extended editions of extended editions.

And at the end, I give a massive shoutout to The Music of The Lord of the Rings Films by Doug Adams — which might be my favorite book about film music. I’m officially pledging to adapt it into the ultimate visual deep dive into the music of The Lord of the Rings.
