This is a song I wrote for the version of me that kept shrinking herself just to please others. I grew up being a people pleaser, always trying to be the “good girl” and avoid upsetting anyone—even if it meant hiding who I really was. I wrote this as a reminder that I don’t owe kindness to people who don’t value me. That it's okay to choose myself, finally. This song is fun, a little sassy, but underneath it all, it’s about healing, reclaiming my voice, and moving forward without guilt.
