NATO foreign ministers gathered in Brussels on Tuesday for the start of a two-day meeting discussing Russia's war in Ukraine, support for Kyiv's government, and other major issues.

Speaking before the start of talks, Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said with the presence of North Korean troops fighting along Russian troops, had brought a "big change" to the war.
