Preheat Oven to 325 Degrees. In a Large Bowl, Add 2lbs Ground Turkey, 1/2 of each 3 bell peppers & 1whole onion, Seasonings of your liking, 2 pk onion Soup Mix, 1 cup bread crumbs or crackers, herb of your choice. In a separate bowl whip tomato sauce & 2 eggs together, add/pour into bowl as well mixing together. In A Large sized pan, Pat out turkey into "loaf", Bake for 1hr 10 mins.
Gravy; In a Medium Pot, Whisk & Heat 2 Tbsp Oil, then Add 2 Tbsp flour until formed together, Quickly add 1 1/2 cup Milk, whisking(to prevent scotching gravy), Then Add 1 can Cream of Mushroom, whisk, allow to thicken at your liking. Pour Over Turkey Meatloaf as Desired!!!
